The structural body of the carrier is made by assembling composite materials, solid base in painted tubular steel, is equipped with impact resistant plastic shell, acting as buffers perimeter and has a set of 4 twin wheels diameter 150 mm, 2 with brake and 1 antistatic.
The sides are made with supporting profiles in extruded aluminum painted (side uprights colours: grey as standard or mini-white, yellow, blue, red)  with internal paneling in stainless steel with Scotch-Brite and treatment with anti-fingerprint.
The two internal compartments are made with sides printed in ABS for the insertion of trays and tubs in both horizontal and inclined position. The ABS sides allow to vary in height so as to allow the trays at any time to vary the order and their position. The front compartment can then be equipped in different configurations.
The trays and baskets are ISO standardized dimensions (cm 60x40) blue, available in 3 different heights.
The front doors are made of stainless steel honeycomb in Scotch-Brite profile with dust perimeter and handles arched aluminum. The doors are equipped with lock and antishock key and with hinges allowing a 220° opening angle. Both lateral sides are equipped with a pair of vertical pushhandles.
